GLITERARY LUNCHES

Sibh and her business partner, Beth, developed the concept of Gliterary Lunches after noticing two distinct trends; the rise in women-centric book groups and the lack of women-centric corporate entertainment.  Add in their personal passion for literature, good food and good company not to mention a touch of champagne and you have a glittering event where women can treat themselves, socialise and network.

Clear on their target market (stylish, sparky, discerning women) and on their brand values (sparkling literary entertainment), they have created a brand which shapes its event programme and its communications.  Since its launch in Edinburgh in 2006, Gliterary Lunches has welcomed over 10,000 people to over 50 events in 7 UK cities.

"Great format, great food, great folks.  The Gliterary lunch strikes a perfect balance between schmooze, booze, and books.

Lionel Shriver

"It was an absolute triumph…Everything was so beautifully organised and considered, right down to the smallest detail.... I can honestly say it was the best book event I've ever done."
